Who We Are
Built in 412. Hooping across the region.
Loud. Fearless. Unbreakable.
Built in Pittsburgh. Drawing talent from across the region. PA, NY, WV, OH, MD, and NJ. We run year-round, with a roster that spans 4th grade through high school.
Power 24 takes our top high school athletes to the national circuit. Select 40 is our broader high school side competing regionally and nationally. E-40 and the Middle School + Youth teams are where we build position-less players from the ground up.
We don't hide players. We develop them.
What we promise is simple. Real coaching. Real exposure. A sisterhood that lasts beyond the season. If you're cool with lazy drills and sitting in a 2-3 zone all weekend, SLAAM ain't for you.

Why SLAAM
Six things we are not negotiating on.
Parents ask what makes us different. This is the short list.
Real Coaching
A staff that has played, coached, and recruited at every level. Practice plans built to develop players, not just fill time.
A Path Forward
Every athlete in the program has a clear ladder. From E-40 up through Power 24, the next step is always defined.
Eyes On Her
Live-period exposure events, film, and direct outreach to the coaches who matter for each athlete.
A Sisterhood
Teammates who push each other in the gym and have each other’s back outside it. The bond travels with them.
Accountability
School first. Show up on time. Be coachable. Standards do not slide because someone can score.
A Hometown
Pittsburgh raised, Pittsburgh built. We rep the 412 and we represent the way our city plays.
What We Run
Annual fixtures on our calendar.
The programs and tournaments SLAAM hosts every year. Recurring fixtures parents and athletes can build around.
Every Summer
SLAAM Jam
Our flagship summer tournament. Top girls AAU programs from across the region descend on Pittsburgh every summer for two days of high-level hoops, college coach attendance, and a championship Sunday that means something.
